How do I download the free software?
Click on any of the Download Casino buttons located throughout the UK Casino Club website to start the software download.
What is the installation file called?
You can download two versions of our games software:
The Full Version installation file is called "ukcasinoclubFull_W3.EXE". The full version will download all of the games, but will take longer to download. Download the vull version - Click here.
The Small Version of the installation file is called "UkCasinoClub_dh.exe". The small version will install three of our games, but it will download much quicker.
The rest of the games will be downloaded as you are playing on the Casino.
What do I do once the download is complete?
You are now ready to install the Casino software file that is saved by default to your desktop.
If you saved it somewhere else and cannot find it then simply click on "Start" > "Find" > "Find files or folders" and insert UkCasinoClub_dh.exe in the "Named" field then click on "Find Now".
Where is the downloaded file saved on my computer?
The default location it is saved to is on your desktop. If you saved it somewhere else and cannot find it then simply use the Find (files or folders) Windows facility.
How fair are the games at your Casino?

How do I register at the Casino?
Connect to the Internet and run the Casino software, first making sure that all your other applications are closed. When the Casino's main screen becomes visible, click on the "Connect" button, then on the "Register" button.
You now need to register as a Guest or Real player. Following the prompts, enter your e-mail address and contact details. You will be required to enter a password of your choice. Note that your password is case sensitive.
Once registration is complete, you will be given a player account number. Keep your account number and password in a safe place. You will use them to access the casino each time you wish to play. Am I old enough to legally play at this Casino?

How do I log in to the Casino?

I am using AOL and do not seem to be receiving Emails from the Casino?

In order to set your AOL mail account to receive the Casinos Emails:

How do I Play?
Opening an account at the Casino is as simple as these 5 easy steps:

Why do the cards not flip over during a hand?
This is caused by a bad or slow Internet connection. The gaming server will hold the wager until it can resolve the bet.
