Double Exposure Blackjack
The game of Double Exposure Blackjack is played with 3 sets of the standard deck of 52 cards. Unlike traditional in Blackjack, the cards the dealers are revealed to the player at the start of the hand. This provides extreme advantage to the player so casinos have modified rules in order to compensate the dealer's obvious disadvantage. One of the ways to bring back the edge to the dealer is that the dealer wins on all ties, except during blackjack ties.
The object of the game is simple - beating the dealer's hand. A player can do this by getting a hand with a higher value than that of the dealer's without exceeding 21. Depending on the rules followed by a casino, the dealer may loose if his hand goes bust.
The strongest hand in Double Exposure Blackjack is the Blackjack, obviously. In this game, blackjack is when the hand consists of an ace and a card with a value of ten. If the player's hand is blackjack, he automatically wins.
Novice gamblers may think they have the upper hand because the dealer's
hand is dealt face up but the house edge is greater for Double Exposure
Blackjack than the regular game of Blackjack. That being said, it still
provides great pay outs if the player knows what he doing and he employs
the proper strategies.
